AJet, the low-cost brand recently rebranded from AnadoluJet under Turkish Airlines Group, has taken delivery of an Airbus A321, with serial number 2261, on a wet lease arrangement from BBN Airlines Turkiye. The aircraft is powered by IAE V2533-A5 engines and is expected to serve high-demand regional routes within the carrier’s expanding network.
BBN Airlines Turkiye is set to become the launch operator of the prototype B777-300ERMF freighter, following its conversion and certification by Mammoth Freighters in the United States. The aircraft, bearing serial number 35299, will be delivered on lease from AviaAM Leasing, a Lithuania-based leasing company.
AJet (Turkiye) has entered into a wet lease agreement with BBN Airlines Turkiye for one A320 aircraft. The lease began on 06 January 2025 and is set to continue until 29 March 2025. This strategic move aims to enhance AJet’s operational capacity during the busy winter travel season.
