Akasa Air Delays Fleet Expansion Amid Boeing Delivery Delays

Akasa Air, one of India’s newest airlines, has clarified its stance on fleet expansion, emphasizing that it has no plans to lease aircraft from the secondary market despite delivery delays from Boeing. The airline’s fleet expansion timeline has now been pushed to April 2025, with the delivery of five aircraft anticipated in the first quarter of the 2025-26 fiscal year.
