Air Berlin Wins Legal Case Against Isavia

The Reykjanes District Court has ruled in favor of Air Berlin’s insolvency administrator in a legal case against Isavia, Iceland’s airport operator. The decision allows the administrator to confiscate assets worth over $1.1 million, stemming from a dispute over an aircraft impounded at Keflavík Airport in 2017.
