Ryanair Repays Hahn Airport Subsidies Following EU Ruling

Ryanair, Ireland’s largest low-cost carrier, has reimbursed subsidies previously received from Hahn Airport (Germany). The repayment follows a ruling by Brussels deeming the state aid provided to the airline as illegal. The demand for repayment was issued by Rhineland-Palatinate, the German state where Hahn Airport is located.
