IndiGo Seeks Extension for Wet Lease of Two B777s from Turkish Airlines
IndiGo, India’s largest airline by market share, is exploring the possibility of extending the wet lease for two Boeing 777aircraft, originally leased from Turkish Airlines. With the existing lease set to expire this week, IndiGo is coordinating with the civil aviation ministry to assess the feasibility of continuing the arrangement. The B777 aircraft have enabled IndiGo to operate long-haul flights efficiently, providing enhanced capacity and serving increased passenger demand on key international routes.
