Boeing Reaches Agreement with Machinists’ Union to End Strike
Boeing and its machinists‘ union have reached a tentative agreement on a new contract proposal, which includes a pay raise aimed at resolving a strike that has affected Boeing’s operations for nearly seven weeks. The new offer comes after extensive negotiations and is set for a union vote on November 4, 2024. If accepted, this agreement could bring a critical end to the strike, allowing Boeing to resume normal operations and production schedules.
