American Airlines Expands Europe Network with New Routes to Naples and Venice in 2025
American Airlines is set to enhance its transatlantic offerings in 2025 with the addition of new routes and adjustments to its existing European network. Beginning May 6, 2025, American will launch direct flights from Chicago O’Hare International Airport to Naples, Italy, using a Boeing 787-8. A month later, on June 5, 2025, the airline will also begin service from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport to Venice, Italy, also operated by a Boeing 787-8. In addition, American Airlines has moved up the start date for its Miami to Rome route, operated by a Boeing 777-200, to June 2025.
