Akasa Air, India’s newest low-cost carrier, has expanded its fleet with the addition of a B737-8200 aircraft, registration VT-YBG. The aircraft is powered by advanced LEAP-1B engines, offering improved fuel efficiency and environmental performance.

EPCOR, a subsidiary of the Dutch aerospace group AFI KLM E&M, specializing in Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) services, and Finnair, the flag carrier of Finland, have agreed to extend their maintenance contract for an additional five years. This agreement covers the GTCP331-350 APUs installed on Finnair’s fleet of Airbus A330 aircraft.
