Breeze Airways is preparing to expand its fleet with the delivery of a new Airbus A220-300, a key addition to the carrier’s modern and efficient narrowbody operations. The aircraft, carrying manufacturer serial number 55371 (N257BZ), is powered by two Pratt & Whitney PW1500G geared turbofan (GTF) engines, designed to provide improved fuel efficiency, lower emissions, and quieter performance.

The agreement was signed in Mumbai on 16 January 2026 by Campbell Wilson, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Air India, and Goh Choon Phong, Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Airlines.
