Voepass Faces Union Lawsuit Over Severance Pay In Brazil
Voepass, a regional airline based in Brazil, is under legal pressure following a lawsuit filed by the SNA union (National Union of Aeronauts), which is seeking severance payments for former aircrew members dismissed after the airline suspended operations. The union successfully obtained a court injunction to freeze several Voepass assets, including an ATR72-200 aircraft and profits from the sale of airport slots.
