Uniworld Air Cargo Seeks US DOT Exemption
Uniworld Air Cargo, based in Panama, has submitted an application to the US Department of Transportation (DOT)seeking an exemption to engage in charter foreign air transportation of property and mail. The request leverages the provisions of the Open Skies Agreement between the United States and Panama.
