LEVEL to Wet-Lease A330s to Iberia
LEVEL, a Spanish airline and a subsidiary of International Airlines Group (IAG), has announced plans to wet-lease its Airbus A330 aircraft to Iberia, another IAG carrier, during its ongoing process to secure a foreign air carrier permit and interim exemption authority from the US Department of Transportation (DOT). The move aligns with the US-EU Open Skies agreement, which facilitates air travel between the United States and European Union member states.
