Italy’s Treasury has temporarily suspended the sale of a 41% stake in ITA Airways to Lufthansa due to a price disagreement between the two parties. However, Lufthansa recently sought a €10 million reduction in the purchase price, which the Italian government has firmly rejected, leading to an impasse.
