Indonesia Considers New CEO for Garuda Indonesia Amid Profitability Push

The Indonesian government is reportedly evaluating a change in leadership at Garuda Indonesia, as part of an initiative to enhance the airline’s profitability and support its growth ambitions. Current CEO Irfan Setiaputra may be replaced in a strategic move to position Garuda for a more financially stable and competitive future. Leading candidates for the position include Garuda Indonesia’s CFO Prasetio and Wamildan Tsani Panjaitan, the Acting CEO of Lion Air.
