Icelandair’s Fleet Renewal Plans: A321LRs and A321XLRs to Replace Older Models

The airline plans to introduce two more A321LRs by summer 2025 and an additional three by summer 2026. These aircraft will play a crucial role in phasing out the older B757s by the end of 2027, marking a significant shift towards more fuel-efficient and technologically advanced models.
