Asiana Cargo, the cargo division of South Korea’s Asiana Airlines, is in the final stages of its acquisition by Air Incheon, marking a pivotal moment in the consolidation of the country’s air freight market. Following regulatory approvals by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MLIT), the unified cargo airline is expected to officially launch in July 2025.
Turkish Airlines is preparing to take delivery of a new Airbus A321neo, continuing its fleet modernization and network optimization strategy. The aircraft, identified by Manufacturer Serial Number (MSN) 12866, is an A321-271NX variant that will join the carrier’s growing narrowbody fleet serving short- and medium-haul routes across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Madagascar Airlines has signed lease extension agreements with Abelo, an Ireland-based aircraft leasing company, for two ATR72 turboprops. The agreements cover serial number 698, an ATR72-500, which will now remain in service through January 2028, and serial number 1248, an ATR72-600, which is extended until November 2029.
