Etihad Joins Airbus A330neo Programme With New Leases

Etihad Airways has taken a major step in its long-term fleet strategy by joining the Airbus A330neo programme through a new lease agreement with Avolon. Announced during the Dubai Airshow, the deal includes the lease of nine Airbus A330neo aircraft, marking Etihad’s entry into Airbus’s newest-generation widebody platform. In addition to these widebodies, Etihad will also lease four A320neo family aircraft, supporting the airline’s growth across both regional and long-haul markets.
