AFG Aviation Ireland Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aircraft Finance Germany GmbH, has successfully completed the acquisition of an Airbus A320-214 aircraft, bearing Manufacturer Serial Number (MSN) 4927, from CAI Limited, an affiliate of Cebu Air, Inc. (Cebu Pacific), the leading airline in the Philippines.
