Aquila Technics Refunds $40,000 to Utair for Undelivered Engines
Aquila Technics, an Armenian company specializing in aviation parts and services, has refunded just over $40,000 to Utair, a Russian airline, for undelivered aircraft engines. This payment is part of an ongoing legal case between the two entities, wherein Utair sought a refund for engines that were not delivered as per the agreement. The court case has now been adjourned to 07 November 2024 to allow for a recalculation of the total claim amount, which Utair argues should reflect the full extent of undelivered goods.
