A Saudia Airlines Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, registered HZ-AR27, experienced an unusual incident today at London Heathrow Airport (LHR) when its emergency slide unexpectedly deployed while taxiing across a runway. The aircraft had not yet departed and was in the process of taxiing when ground crews were startled by the sudden release of the slide from the fuselage.
