Avation Repurchases $3M In 2026 PIK Notes
Avation PLC, a Singapore-based aircraft leasing company, has announced the repurchase of $3 million in face value of its Avation Capital Senior PIK Toggle Notes due 2026, issued under its global Medium Term Note (MTN) program. Following the cancellation of these notes, the remaining outstanding amount now stands at $326.5 million.
