Air Busan to Appoint New Directors from Korean Air
Air Busan (South Korea) is set to hold a temporary shareholders’ meeting this week, during which it plans to appoint three new directors. These include two inside directors and one non-executive director, all of whom are affiliated with the airline’s parent company, Korean Air.
