Marshall Group Sells Marshall Aerospace to Aurelius Group
Marshall Group is set to end decades of independent control as it agrees to sell Marshall Aerospace to European private equity firm Aurelius Group, in a landmark deal that could reshape one of the UK’s best-known MRO providers.
