PLAY (Iceland) reported carrying 98,863 passengers in December 2024, reflecting an 18% year-on-year reduction. Despite the decline in passenger numbers, the airline achieved a load factor (LF) of 78.9%, marking an improvement of 2.7 percentage points compared to the same period last year.

Norwegian Group reported a total of 1.8 million passengers for December 2024, with 1.4 million traveling on the mainline unit and 293,000 flying with its subsidiary, Wideroe. Over the course of the year, the Group transported more than 26.4 million passengers, marking a significant recovery in travel demand across its network.

The airline recorded a 17.5% increase in passenger numbers, reaching 10.4 million travelers. Key performance indicators such as Revenue Passenger Kilometers (RPKs), Available Seat Kilometers (ASKs), and load factor (LF) also showed notable improvements, highlighting the airline’s strong recovery and operational efficiency.
Turkish Airlines achieved significant growth in November 2024, recording an 8.3% increase in passengers compared to the same period last year. The airline transported a total of 6.5 million passengers during the month, reflecting its robust operational capacity and demand recovery in the aviation sector.
