AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR), a leading aviation services provider for commercial and government operators, has announced the acquisition of HAECO Americas from HAECO Group for $78 million in an all-cash transaction, subject to customary adjustments. Embraer Extends Heavy Maintenance Deal With Republic Airways

Embraer has signed a long-term extension of its heavy maintenance agreement with Republic Airways, ensuring continued support for the airline’s fleet of over 240 Embraer E170 and E175 aircraft. The jets will continue to undergo major maintenance at Embraer’s Services & Support facility in Nashville, Tennessee, where Republic has been performing heavy checks since 2011.
