Air Canada To Launch Montréal–Palma Route With A321XLR

Air Canada has revealed Palma de Mallorca as the inaugural new destination for its Airbus A321XLR fleet, with flights from Montréal–Trudeau (YUL) set to begin on June 17, 2026. This marks the airline’s first use of the highly anticipated extra-long-range narrowbody and the first time a Canadian carrier will serve the Spanish island directly.

WestJet Resumes Halifax-Paris Service for Summer 2025

WestJet, Canada’s prominent low-cost carrier, has announced the return of its seasonal service between Halifax (YHZ)and Paris (CDG) for summer 2025. This transatlantic route will complement WestJet’s growing European network, which also includes services to Edinburgh, Dublin, and London, all resuming in May 2025.
