Werner Aero, a U.S.-based aviation asset management and parts provider, has acquired a Boeing 737-700, with manufacturer serial number (MSN) 32426, from Carlyle Aviation Partners. The aircraft is currently located at eCube’s disassembly facility in Spain, where it will be parted out to support aftermarket supply.

Unical Aviation Launches Industry’s First A320neo Disassembly Program

Unical Aviation, based in the US, has embarked on a groundbreaking initiative by acquiring a fleet of A320neoairframes, setting up the industry’s first dedicated disassembly program for Airbus’s neo-family aircraft. The disassembly operations will be conducted by ecube, a specialist in aircraft end-of-life solutions, located in the UK. These operations are scheduled to commence in April 2025.

Setna iO Acquires Another Boeing 757-300 for Disassembly

Setna iO, a US-based aviation asset management and parts supplier, has acquired another Boeing 757-300 for immediate disassembly. The aircraft, previously operated by Condor, will be dismantled by ecube in Spain, further expanding Setna iO’s inventory of used serviceable materials (USM) for commercial aircraft.
