Antin Infrastructure Partners To Acquire Majority Stake In Swiftair Group
Spanish air cargo and wet-lease specialist Swiftair Group is set to undergo a major ownership change following the announcement that Antin Infrastructure Partners will acquire a majority stake in the company through its Mid Cap Fund. While the size and value of the transaction have not been disclosed, the deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year.
