Central to this strategy is the A321neo, now the dominant member of the A320 Family, which continues to drive Airbus’ record-breaking order backlog and output targets.
MTU Aero Engines, Germany’s leading aircraft engine manufacturer, has updated its financial projections, raising its 2025 revenue forecast to between $9.9 and $10.1 billion. The company also released its initial 2030 outlook, anticipating a strong trajectory for growth driven by expanding engine aftermarket services and production ramp-ups.
Airbus continues to aim for a monthly production rate of 12 A350 aircraft by 2028, reaffirming its long-term production strategy despite supply chain challenges. The company has also revised the entry into service (EIS) timeline for the A350F, which is now expected in 2H 2027 instead of the previously estimated date.
Embraer, a leading Brazilian aerospace manufacturer, delivered 75 aircraft in the fourth quarter of 2024, maintaining the same output as in the corresponding period of 2023. For the full year, Embraer delivered a total of 206 aircraft, representing a 14% year-over-year increase compared to 2023.
