Delta Lawsuit Against CrowdStrike Over Outage Moves Forward
Delta Air Lines has received legal clearance to proceed with a significant lawsuit against cybersecurity provider CrowdStrike regarding a massive computer outage in July 2024. A Georgia state judge ruled that much of Delta’s claims may move forward, rejecting efforts by CrowdStrike to dismiss key aspects of the case.
