EJS, a UK-based aviation company, has taken delivery of an ATR72-200F aircraft, serial number 419, previously operated by Zimex Aviation of Switzerland. The aircraft is scheduled for teardown in May 2025 as part of a structured asset retirement and parts recovery initiative in collaboration with ALL4JETS, a Poland-based aviation services provider.
Setna iO, a prominent aviation asset management firm based in the United States, has announced the acquisition of its sixth Airbus A380 aircraft. This particular airframe, previously operated by Lufthansa, is currently stored at Tarmac Aerosave’s facility in Tarbes, France, where it is slated for immediate dismantling.
3TOP Aviation Services (UK) has successfully taken delivery of its fourth ex-TAROM Airbus A318, completing the acquisition of a multi-aircraft package. The aircraft, identified as serial 3225, will now proceed for dismantling as part of the company’s asset management strategy.

Werner Aero (US) has acquired an Airbus A319, identified by serial number 2558, from FTAI Aviation (Cayman Islands). The aircraft is currently located at Air Salvage International in Cotswold Airport, UK, where it is set to undergo dismantling.
AELS (Aircraft End-of-Life Solutions), based in the Netherlands, has acquired an Airbus A330, identified by serial 448, for dismantling. The dismantling process will be carried out at Tarbes, France, in partnership with Tarmac Aerosave, a leading provider of aircraft storage, maintenance, and recycling services. This acquisition and dismantling project align with AELS’s commitment to sustainable aircraft end-of-life management and resource recovery.
