Aerolinee Siciliane Acquires Stake in Southern Aerotech
Aerolinee Siciliane, a new carrier based in Italy, has announced the acquisition of a 49% stake in Southern Aerotech, an Italian maintenance company. The strategic investment comes as the airline prepares for its first scheduled flight in May 2025.
