Phoenix Aviation Capital, AIP Capital, and LuminArx Capital Acquire Three A330-300s

Phoenix Aviation Capital (Ireland), AIP Capital (US), and LuminArx Capital Management (US) have completed the joint acquisition of a portfolio of three Airbus A330-300s, enhancing their investment in the widebody aircraft leasing market. The transaction includes two A330-300s, serials 1346 and 1367, both powered by CF6 engines and leased to China Airlines (Taiwan), along with another A330-300, serial 1690, also powered by CF6 engines and leased to EVA Air (Taiwan).
