FL Technics Targets $1.1B Turnover by 2030

Lithuanian MRO provider FL Technics has set an ambitious goal to reach a $1.1 billion turnover by 2030, nearly tripling its projected revenue for 2024. CEO Zilvinas Lapinskas outlined this growth plan at MRO Europe, focusing on extensive facility expansions across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. The strategy includes new and improved maintenance facilities in key global locations such as Jakarta, Bali, Punta Cana, and Milan Bergamo. This expansion supports FL Technics’ strategy to scale service capabilities while enhancing efficiency and geographical reach in its MRO operations. Notably, the company plans to establish a CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization) center in Manila, broadening its influence in the Asia-Pacific region. In Europe, the company aims to bolster its presence, particularly through its maintenance facilities in Milan and investments in other European hubs.
