Brussels Airlines has become the launch customer within the Lufthansa Group for a newly developed virtual reality (VR) pilot training system, designed specifically for Airbus A320 type rating. The system was developed over a two-year collaboration between Lufthansa Aviation Training (LAT) and Airbus, and it now forms an integral part of pilot instruction for the Belgian carrier.

This aircraft will operate under a wet lease agreement, indicating Marathon Airlines’ commitment to expanding its operational footprint and strengthening ties within the European aviation market.
Jetstar Airways, based in Australia, and IndiGo, India’s largest airline by market share, have announced a new codeshare agreement scheduled to go into effect on 01 September 2025. This strategic partnership aims to provide expanded travel options and streamlined connectivity between destinations in India, Southeast Asia, and the Pacificregion.
