Argentina Settles Aerolíneas Argentinas Expropriation Case for $389.5M
Argentina and the Titan Consortium (US) have reached a final settlement in the Aerolíneas Argentinas expropriation case, concluding a long-standing dispute over the airline’s nationalization. Under the terms of the agreement, Argentina is required to pay $389.5 million, which includes accumulated interest, as compensation to the Titan Consortium.
