Argentina Settles Aerolíneas Argentinas Expropriation Case for $389.5M

Argentina and the Titan Consortium (US) have reached a final settlement in the Aerolíneas Argentinas expropriation case, concluding a long-standing dispute over the airline’s nationalization.
