American Airlines Prepares For Boeing 737 MAX 8 Delivery

American Airlines is preparing to welcome a new addition to its fleet with the delivery of a Boeing 737 MAX 8, marking another step in the airline’s narrowbody fleet renewal strategy. The aircraft, built with manufacturer serial number (MSN) 68194, will carry the carrier’s standard two-class configuration with 16 First Class and 156 Economy seats. Powering the jet are two CFM International LEAP-1B engines, designed to deliver improved fuel efficiency and reduced emissions.
