Kenya Airways Aircraft Transfer to Azorra Aviation Under Review

Kenya Airways may soon see a change in the ownership structure of two aircraft it currently leases, as Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) seeks regulatory clearance to sell them to US-based Azorra Aviation. While the deal is pending approval from the Comesa Competition Commission, operational control of the aircraft will remain with Kenya Airways, ensuring no disruption to its current services.
